Answer three quick questions each morning.
Keep today to three things, never more.
See who you're waiting on, and for how long.
Three things a day
Up to three things a day, never more. Tap one when it's done. When all three are done, the day is done, and anything extra waits for tomorrow.

It chases people for you
Things waiting on someone else get their own list, with the days counted. Tap a name and Offload writes the follow-up. You decide whether to send it.

A coach that learns you
Set one goal for the next six months. Offload notices how you get stuck and gives you one piece of advice for the hardest thing each day.

A new idea every day
Short ideas on how to get things done, each with one simple thing to try. The ones picked for how you work come first.

Putting the same things off every day?
Most people don't procrastinate because they're lazy. They put things off because the task is too big, it isn't clear where to start, or it's waiting on someone else. A long to-do list makes it worse, because everything on it feels urgent at once.
Offload helps you stop procrastinating. It cuts your to-do list down to three things a day, makes the first step of the hardest one small, and keeps a separate list of everyone you're waiting on, so you can follow up instead of worrying.
How to stop procrastinating: seven things that help

Why your to-do list never gets done

Questions
Will Offload help me stop procrastinating?
It helps with the most common reasons people put things off. Each morning it asks what you're dreading, keeps today to three things, and gives you one piece of advice for the hardest one. It can't do the task for you, but it makes starting much easier.
Is what I write private?
Yes. There's no account and no sign-in. Your answers, your things and the people you're waiting on stay on your phone. The only thing that ever leaves it is the short note needed to write a follow-up, and that isn't kept.
Does Offload send messages for me?
No. It writes the follow-up and opens your own Messages or Mail with the words filled in. You decide whether to send it.
Why only three things a day?
Three is a number you can actually finish, so your day ends with a win instead of a leftover list. If you add a fourth, it's saved for tomorrow's check-in, not lost.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing breaks. Offload doesn't count days in a row or tell you off. You just carry on with tomorrow's check-in.
Is it for Android too?
Not yet. Offload is for iPhone for now.
